Fortune Friday
How sad that I didn’t have any Chinese food this week. I do, however, have a fortune sitting here on my desk. I don’t know how long it’s been sitting here. OK, little piece of paper, your turn!
No one has a good enough memory to make a successful liar.
Lucky numbers: 12, 16, 19, 21, 38, 47
Learn Chinese: How much — Duo-shao qian 多少
I’m using the dictionary at Chinese-Tools.com again.

It’s back again, I had rice and chicken wings the other day and here’s my fortune… I swear this is what it really says!
A good way to keep healthy is to eat more chinese food.
Lucky numbers: 15, 2, 27, 21, 47, 33
Learn Chinese: School — Xue-xiao 学校
I’m using the dictionary Chinese-Tools.com this time.
And P.S. — wouldn’t today be a great day to delurk? Come on, leave a comment. You know you want to, and this post is pretty much about nothing! :)

Fortune Friday
OK, I’m starting something new — mostly to give myself an excuse for eating more Chinese food. I had this fortune in the car I was going to use but now I can’t find it. But I found one on my desk…
The majority of the word “can’t” is “can”
Lucky numbers: 5, 31, 22, 48, 7, 35
Learn Chinese: Banana — Xian-jiao 香蕉
P.S. Here’s the dictionary I used to get the Chinese characters — which I checked carefully to make sure they matched those on my fortune! :)
P.P.S. Someone from Chinese-Tools.com left a link from their site. I’ve checked it and that dictionary looks much nicer! Thanks!
You’re welcome to play along, of course!
