Did anyone see the Derby yesterday? Let me translate: NASCAR with hooves. OK, maybe not. I’d rather watch the horses any day. And NO, it doesn’t even matter who’s riding! :)

I actually tivoed it because I didn’t know if I’d be able to plunk myself down in front of a TV at whatever time they were running the race. Glad I did, too. It was a really great one.

Funny part: I kept pressing the skip-ahead-ten-minutes button and then we saw this happy guy in blue and yellow being interviewed. Oh d-word, so now we know who wins. This is before we saw the race, mind you. Oh well. And then I backed it up to the start of the race and this yellow and blue guy was nowhere to be seen! Well maybe they were interviewing somebody besides the winner The race was nearly over. Still no blue and yellow guy. Then bam, did you see that? Right up the rail, around this other horse, this guy — and his horse, I should mention — comes flying past everybody and…
