Friday Rambles

  • Where’s Uisce? Yeah, I know… I’m a little behind in my visiting. Bloglines would be telling me I’ve got 131 posts to catch up on…
  • That is, if Bloglines wasn’t sucking right now and telling me Michele has 883 new posts and Miss Snark has 991. No, I don’t think so, I checked.
  • Am I the only person who has just found craigslist? I’m totally addicted now!
  • No, don’t ask me what I bought… that was the R/L me, and… let’s just say that one of things was a bass guitar and the other one wasn’t. :)
  • I used my soldering iron yesterday and… success! My original Mac laptop cord broke months ago, so I bought a non-Apple replacement… well doesn’t it just figure that one died on me last week (iGo is sending me a replacement)… but I was so desperate to use my laptop that I fixed the original cord! Yay me!!
  • Where’s Uisce? Oh yeah, I almost forgot the reason I’m such a so behind… I went away! Yup, for a whole day! I drove out to upstate New York on Tuesday afternoon and got back yesterday at 5 a.m. Of course then I had to sleep for five hours and I’m just beginning to recover from the groggies!!
